Actress Cymphonique Miller of Nickelodeon's 'How to Rock' celebrated her 16th birthday in style this weekend! Cymphonique, along with dad Master P, and older brother Romeo, threw a lavish Sweet 16 party.
Dressed in a pretty lime colored gown, Cymphonique celebrated her big day at Greystone Manor in Los Angeles on Friday.
