The popular trend of dumping ice water over your head for the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge has been brilliant in both raising awareness for the cause and earning funds for the ALS Association, but there have been more than a few questionable incidents that have been caught on video.

One challenge posted in social media caught the attention of Clade Dalcour, a man who claims to be the father of a 10-month-old little girl that got drenched with a bucket of ice and freezing water by her grandfather.

The video posted by Reggie Stewart cuts off before the girl’s reaction can be seen, but the sight of the infant soaked by the challenge left a burning impression on Dalcour.

“I was shocked, appalled. It brought me to tears… I was hurt, angry,” Dalcour told Fox News. “It’s abuse because my daughter is an infant. She doesn’t know what’s going on.”

Law enforcement officers are investigating the allegations after Dalcour filed a complaint. Stewart has not been charge with any crime, but has since removed the ALS Challenge video from his page.

Watch the clip below. Do you think the child was put in harm’s way? Was the grandfather being reckless? What do you think? Tell us your thoughts in the comments.
