Tamera Mowry-Housley Gives Her Pregnancy Tips
Tamera Mowry-Housley is feeling as fierce as ever in her second trimester of pregnancy, and wants to share tips with other expectant moms in how to feel the same way.
“If you’ve been following my pregnancy journey you know that this baby is growing and I am making my way through the second trimester,” the actress writes. “For those of you who are in the early stages or just now going through it, I wanted to give you the lowdown on what to expect.”

Remember back when I wrote about early pregnancy fashion and could get away with some non-maternity items? Well, those days are behind me. If you haven’t gone shopping yet, now is the time to give in and go maternity. Trust me, once you’re in pants that don’t feel like they’re ready to pop when you slip them on, you’ll feel a hundred times better about that growing belly.
Aches & Pains
Yep, a growing belly means back pains, muscle cramping and more. Heartburn and headaches are common too. To combat all of this, lots of rest and water are key, and now is the time to practice natural relaxation tips like yoga, meditation or massage, too. Usually pains like this come and go and unfortunately not all of them can be totally eliminated, but doing these things as well as monitoring my diet has helped big time. Of course, if any pain feels too severe, always see a doctor for help.
