Hook 25th reunion
Bangarang Lost Boys (and Girls)! The cast of the 1991 classic film Hook reunited for the film's 25th anniversary and celebrated the moment with an awesome throwback photo shoot.

Hook starred the late Robin Williams as a grown-up Peter Pan, who had moved on from Neverland, got married and had kids of his own. The only thing about your past is that when you try not to accept it, it usually comes back to haunt you, which is exactly what happened. Peter ended up having to travel back to Neverland to save his children from Captain Hook and fans were treated to being able to travel through that world with him, which of course meant meeting the Lost Boys.

The production company 22 Vision specializes in reunion photo shoots for film and TV- having previously done shoots like this for The Little Rascals and School of Rock- and were more than happy to head this project up. “Hook is just one of those movies that people really grew up on,” Brian Pocrass, CEO/Producer of 22 Vision, told ET exclusively. “To get them together to remember Robin and celebrate this milestone is something that I loved being a part of."

Dante Basco, who played Rufio in the film, attended the shoot and reminisced about his thoughts on the now iconic Rufio costume. “You have to understand, when you're 15 and you're doing this Steven Spielberg movie with megastars-- Robin Williams, Dustin Hoffman, Julia Roberts-- you know you want to be cool,” Basco laments. “I don’t know how cool I’m going to look with my belly button out! I mean, through the months it grew on me and now, I mean, years later it's become this iconic, iconic look that people cosplay around the world."

While the shoot was a great way for the entire cast to reconnect, there was without a doubt a noticeable absence during the reunion. “I think for all of us [Robin’s death] was the death of our childhood,” Basco said of Williams' death. “There's sadness there, also there's a lot of space to kinda celebrate one of the most legendary artists of our time. [Robin] really taught me at a young age what it means to be a star, what it means to be a leader on a set,” he continued. “Everything you want Robin Williams to be he delivered in spades.”
