Jada Pinkett Smith Scores Facebook Talk Show with Daughter Willow and Mother

Get ready to see three generations of black women on Facebook Watch! It has been reported that Jada Pinkett Smith has inked a deal with Facebook to produce a talk show with her mother, Adrienne Banfield-Norris and daughter, Willow Smith.

The show, titled Red Table Talk, will tackle social and timely issues with an inter-generational approach. According to the Girls Trip actress, topics including parenting, blending families, sex, beauty secrets, relationships and more! “We’re going to shed some tears but most of all we’re going to share a lot of laughter,” Smith said in a video on Facebook. The mother of three also shared the show will be shot in the family’s California home and says viewers will get a chance to see some behind the scenes looks at the Smith family and friends. Along with Smith, the show will be produced by Ellen Rakieten (The Oprah Winfrey Show) and Miguel Melendez (Hawthorne).

Back in 2012, Red Table Talk first appeared on YouTube, where the trio discussed powerful topics like representation of black women and relationships with family. According to Deadline, Pinkett Smith will discuss more details about the forthcoming show at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2018.
