Pharrell Joins the Cast of ‘The Grinch’ as Narrator
The holiday season is approaching and the Grinch is coming to steal Christmas once again. Universal Pictures and Illumination will re-adapt Dr. Suess’ “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” with Pharrell Williams serving as narrator.
According to Deadline, Williams will join the cast of Illumination’s The Grinch. The rapper-producer, who previously helped the studio giant’s Despicable Me top box-office sales with his mega-hit “Happy,” will join Benedict Cumberbatch, who will voice the Grinch, as well as Keenan Thompson, Rashida Jones, Angela Lansbury and Cameron Seely.
