She's 2 1/2 and still uses it for naps and when its hard to calm her down. But it will be gone before she's 3.

His pediatrician gave me a time limit of 14mos to get ... moreI never intended giving my son the binky but he was constantly given it while at the hospital when first born and by my brother and his grandparents, therefore he became attached to it and I hated it. His pediatrician gave me a time limit of 14mos to get him off it completely and then 16mos. I am happy to say, & with his father's help, my son is completely off of the binky at 15mos. Doesn't use it for naps, tantrums or going to sleep or anything. Some ppl think it's cute but I don't when they're able to say the word "binky". That's too old. less
